When would the fees be charged?

Stamping Cost

0.5% of loan amount which is rounded up to the nearest thousand, aligned with Stamp Act 1949 (Revised 1989) 

Illustration as below: 

· Loan amount between RM500-1,000, stamping cost would be RM1,000*0.5%= RM5

· Loan amount between RM1,001-2,000, stamping cost would be RM2,000*0.5%= RM10

· Loan amount between RM2,001-3,000, stamping cost would be RM3,000*0.5%= RM15

This fee will be deducted upfront from the disbursement amount.

Attestation Fees

RM5 per loan withdrawal

This fee will be deducted upfront from the disbursement amount.

Interest Rate

1.5% per month or 18% per annum on loan amount

This fee is imposed upon repayment.

Late Payment Penalty

8% per annum on overdue monthly installment, charged daily

This fee is imposed upon repayment in the event of late payment.
